Thanks for purchasing our products from Great American Eclipse! We do our best to make sure that you receive your correct items intact and in a timely manner. If you have an issue with an order and need an exchange or refund, please read the policy.

Refunds

We no longer accept returns on merchandise, or offer refunds.

We are responsible for getting your item to the address you provide safely. If the product is damaged in transit to you, please send us photos of the damage and we will gladly send you a return shipping label to return the damaged product, and once the damaged product is returned, we will replace it at no cost.

If your product is lost in transit by the carrier and shows as such by tracking, we will replace the lost item. If the tracking of your item states that it was successfully delivered, but was stolen or otherwise not received by you, we are not responsible for replacing those items.

Exchanges

We no longer offer exchanges.
